Subscription Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy applies only if SQUISH PLEASE expressly offers a subscription and you choose to enrol. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription. SQUISH PLEASE is based in Australia. Contact help@squishplease.com.

Clear consent and billing

Before enrolment, the offer will identify the recurring price, billing frequency, products or services supplied, renewal terms and cancellation method. We will obtain express consent where required. A trial converts to paid billing only on terms clearly disclosed and accepted before enrolment.

Renewals and changes

Agreed recurring charges continue until cancellation takes effect. We will provide notices and obtain further consent for price or other material changes where required by law. Failed payments may be retried only within the authority you have given; we will not use unrelated saved payment methods without authorisation. We may pause or cancel an unpaid subscription and will notify you as appropriate.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals by emailing help@squishplease.com or using any subscription-management option supplied with your subscription. Cancellation takes effect according to the disclosed terms and applicable law. We will not treat a cancellation as late solely because we process a timely request later. Keep a copy of your request.

Charges already processed

Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not by itself refund a valid charge already processed. Refunds remain available under the offer, our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law, including for unauthorised charges or failures to supply as agreed.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable consumer rights or lawful payment-dispute rights. Contact us if you believe a subscription charge is incorrect. The terms accepted at enrolment apply, subject to lawful changes and mandatory protections.
