After all the news stories about knock-off squishies I didn’t want to grab a random one online. This box is properly branded, with the age rating and safety warnings printed right on it. It’s sealed and sitting in the cupboard. My son has no idea, and he’s been dropping hints for weeks.
My daughter has been asking for ‘the squishy calendar’ since September, and she already owns about fifty squishies. It arrived last week and it’s hidden at the top of my wardrobe until December 1st. Seeing 24 different designs listed made me think she won’t get bored halfway through.
